  • This number must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event. Security, staff, food and beverage provisions, etc. are contingent upon this number. Should you exceed this number and the appropriate number of Police Officers are not employed, the Monroe Police Department has the right to close your event and all fees will be forfeited.

  • The rental fee covers six hours, to include set up and clean up time. Additional time is $200 per hour.

  • This Event Information & Rental Agreement sheet is to reserve your preferred date. To ensure this date, a deposit of $1250.00 must be placed with the submission of this form. You will be redirected to a payment page.
